Our Records and Treatment Coordinators will greet you at your first appointment and set the stage for the top-notch care you'll experience throughout the entire course of your treatment. They're knowledgeable, attentive, and here to make your experience smooth and convenient from your initial exam until the day your treatment begins. While coordinating care with your general dentist, making sure our treatment is affordable with your budget and scheduling your first appointments, you'll feel loved from the moment you step into their office.
Our dynamic Financial Team will work together with you to give you payment arrangements that work with your budget. They'll also coordinate insurance billing and answer any questions that you may have. The Financial Team is organized and professional, helping you feel completely comfortable starting treatment, and they're available to assist you every step of the way after treatment begins.
There's never a dull moment with our clinical assistants, and they're one of the main reasons our patients look forward to their appointments. They're highly-trained and skilled in delivering the highest quality clinical care possible. They work closely with Dr. Thurman at your appointments to make sure your treatment is a huge success.
